Our Purpose

The Purpose of Grace Evangelical Free Church

The reconciliation of people to God through Jesus Christ
This is the purpose and will of God, "... reconciling the world to Himself in Christ ... and He has committed to us the message of reconciliation." (2 Corinthians 5:18-21)

In Coming Together
Hebrews 10:25 says, "Let us not give up meeting together." We believe that there is great strength in doing what we do together. "Coming together" follows the example of the earliest Christians (Acts 1:14; 2:1,42-47), and is important to our overall health as His Body; we need each other (1 Corinthians 12:12-31).

To Know
Grace Evangelical Free Church is to be a church that seeks to know God through the study of His Word, through personal relationship with Christ Jesus, through the fellowship of His Spirit and through prayer (Ephesians 1:17-19a). Knowing God implies loving and serving Him, obediently practicing His teachings (John 14:31).
