Pacific Auction will be donating all commissions and buyer's fees from this auction to the Extending Grace Building fund.
HOW CAN YOU PARTICIPATE?
100% DONATION - You can donate items to this auction and 100% of the sale price can be attributed to you as a contribution to the building fund. You will receive a receipt from the auction for the value of your donation.
PARTIAL DONATION - If you consign items to the event but are unable to donate the entire value, Pacific Auction will deduct a 20% commission and pay it to the Extending Grace fund along with the 10% buyer's fee.
COME TO THE AUCTION AND BUY! - If you need anything we'll probably have it! Invite your friends, relatives and neighbors to the auction. An e-mail flyer will be produced and distributed to the Church e-mail list the Friday before the auction. You can forward it to anyone you think might be interested.
Donation Suggestions - Cars, Trucks, Vans, Boats, Travel trailers, Motor homes (Pacific Auction is a licensed auto dealer and can provide IRS approved donation paperwork), Antiques, Furniture, Firearms (PA has a federal firearms license), Coins, Jewelry, Collectibles, Tools or anything of value.
How do we get items in this auction? - Items can be dropped off M, T, Th, or Friday from 9 am to 5 pm at Pacific Auction (not at the church). Items dropped off by August 6th can be including in the advertising. Just tell the auction employees you are dropping off items for the Extending Grace Auction.
